Welcome to Whipped Crumb. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below.
Orders
All orders are made to order and must be placed at least 7 days in advance. Orders are not confirmed immediately after checkout. Your order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from Whipped Crumb within 24 hours by text and email.
If your order cannot be accepted due to availability, timing, location, design limits, or missing information, you will be contacted within 24 hours.
Payment
Payment may be taken through the website at checkout. Some customisation requests, last-minute add-ons, extra colours, toppers, detailed designs, loaded toppings, larger quantities, or special requests may require an additional fee outside of the website after your order is reviewed.
Any additional fees will be confirmed with you before your order is accepted. Your order is not fully confirmed until the final total has been agreed and you receive your confirmation message from Whipped Crumb by text and email.
Pickup and Drop-off
Pickup and local drop-off are available on selected days only. Your preferred date and time are not guaranteed until confirmed by Whipped Crumb. If you miss your agreed pickup or drop-off time, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Custom Orders and Designs
Custom designs are based on your notes and inspiration photos, but final designs are made in the Whipped Crumb style and may not be exact copies. Detailed themes, logos, characters, toppers, or complex designs may require extra notice and additional charges.
Allergies
You must list all allergies and dietary requirements before checkout. All items are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens are present, including gluten/wheat, eggs, milk/dairy, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame, and other common allergens. I take care to minimise cross-contact, but I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because items are perishable and made to order, all sales are final once confirmed. Cancellations, refunds, replacements, or store credits are handled according to the Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to Orders
Small changes may be possible if requested early, but changes are not guaranteed once your order has been reviewed, confirmed, or supplies have been purchased. Last-minute changes may require an additional fee and are not guaranteed.

Please make sure all order details, contact information, pickup/drop-off information, allergies, and customisation notes are accurate before checkout. Whipped Crumb is not responsible for delays, allergy concerns, or order issues caused by incorrect or missing information.
