How do I place an order?
Choose your item from the menu, select your options, and use the order details box to include allergies, flavours, colours, notes, or any special requests. If you are requesting something outside the normal menu, please use the Custom Order Request option or contact me first.
How much notice do you need?
All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and may include a rush fee.
What days are pickup and drop-off available?
Pickup and drop-off are available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday only. Your selected date and time are not confirmed until you receive your confirmation message.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is not confirmed immediately after checkout. I will review your order and send confirmation within 24 hours by text and email. This confirmation will include your final total, pickup/drop-off time, and any adjustments if needed.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. Custom cakes, larger orders, dessert tables, mixed treat boxes, custom flavours, toppers, and special themes can be requested. Final pricing depends on size, quantity, flavours, colours, toppings, and design details.
Can I send an inspiration photo?
Yes. If photo upload is not available at checkout, paste a link in the order details box or send the photo by text/email after placing your request. Inspiration photos are used as a guide only.
Do you handle allergies?
Please list all allergies or dietary requirements in the order details box before checkout. If you have no allergies, write “None.”
All items are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens are present, including gluten/wheat, eggs, milk/dairy, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame, and other common allergens. I take care to minimise cross-contact, but I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Do you offer delivery?
Local drop-off may be available within the selected service area. Availability depends on date, time, and location. Pickup/drop-off details will be confirmed within 24 hours.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Small changes may be possible if requested early, but changes are not guaranteed once your order has been reviewed, confirmed, or supplies have been purchased.
Are designs exact copies?
No. Inspiration photos are used as a guide. Final designs are made in the Whipped Crumb style and may vary based on available colours, materials, and design limits.
