Shipping Policy
Whipped Crumb does not offer postal shipping at this time. All orders are available by local pickup or local drop-off only within the selected service area.
Pickup and Drop-off
Pickup and local drop-off are available on selected days only:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday
Your preferred pickup or drop-off date/time is selected at checkout but is not guaranteed until confirmed by Whipped Crumb.
Order Notice
All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and may include an additional rush fee.
Local Drop-off Area
Local drop-off may be available within the approved service area around the Lakenheath/Mildenhall area. If your location is outside the service area, I may not be able to offer drop-off.
Confirmation
Your order is not confirmed immediately after checkout. You will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours by text and email with your final pickup/drop-off details, availability, and any needed adjustments.
Missed Pickup or Drop-off
Please arrive or be available at your confirmed time. If you miss your pickup or drop-off slot, contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, and perishable items cannot be held indefinitely.
No Postal Shipping
Because all items are fresh, perishable, and made to order, Whipped Crumb does not ship baked goods by post.
