Whipped Crumb items are made fresh to order, so all sales are final once an order has been confirmed.
Because baked goods are perishable and custom-made, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect flavour choices, missed pickup/drop-off times, or inspiration-based design differences.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it with your name, order details, and clear photos of the issue. I will review the situation and, where appropriate, may offer a partial refund, replacement, store credit, or another solution.
Orders are not confirmed until you receive your confirmation message by text and email. If an order cannot be accepted due to availability, timing, location, or design limits, you will be contacted within 24 hours and refunded if payment was already taken.
Custom designs are based on inspiration photos and notes, but final designs are made in the Whipped Crumb style and may not be exact copies.
Allergy information must be provided before checkout. Whipped Crumb is not responsible for allergy issues if allergies were not listed before confirmation.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once ingredients, supplies, toppers, or custom materials have been purchased, the order may no longer be eligible for a full refund.
Missed pickup/drop-off:
If you miss your agreed pickup or drop-off time, please contact me as soon as possible. Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed. Perishable items cannot be held indefinitely and may not be eligible for refund.
